مدل وون(2001) حل مساله اخلاقی را در ارتباط با 4 عامل ویژگیهای شخصیتی، سازمانی، حرفهای گرایی و شواهد نقش معرفی مینماید. بر این اساس مدل مسیری حاضر، مساله اخلاقی را عاملی متشکل از 5 متغیر مشتبهسازی و تبانی، سوء استفاده از دادهها، دستکاری، تهدید و اجبار، تعارض اهداف و ارزشها و ناشایستگی فردی معرفی مینماید.

 تحلیل مدل

مدل حاضر از میان 3 دسته عوامل مطروحه در حوزهی تصمیمگیری اخلاقی (ویژگیهای فردی، موقعیتی و زمینهای)، ویژگیهای فردی را در دو عامل ویژگیهای شخصی و ویژگیهای حرفهای لحاظ نموده است. ویژگی سازمانی را منطبق با عوامل زمینهای و شواهد نقش را مطابق با عوامل موقعیتی در نظر میگیرد. بر این اساس میتوان این انتقاد را بر آن وارد نمود که تمامی عوامل زمینهای و ساختاری را چنانچه در مرور ادبیات تحقیق گذشت در نظر نگرفته است.

 Analysis Model

We model the three factors set forth in the field of ethical decision making ( individual characteristics , location, and land ) , personal characteristics, personal traits and professional characteristics of the two factors has . Organizational characteristics consistent with the underlying factors and the role of evidence in accordance with situational factors into consideration .
